Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using joshuatristin.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

These terms apply to the Joshua Tristin website and content made available through it. Independent music, video, social, hosting, email, and payment services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Permitted use

You may browse the site, listen to or view content made available for that purpose, and share links to publicly available Joshua Tristin pages for personal and lawful purposes.

You must not use the site in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person's rights, materially interferes with the site's operation, or misrepresents an affiliation with or endorsement by Joshua Tristin.

Music, artwork, branding, and site content

Providing a link, player, or other connection to a third-party service does not mean Joshua Tristin controls or guarantees that service or endorses every statement, product, practice, or policy associated with it.

Optional support payments

Financial support for Joshua Tristin is voluntary. No goods or services are promised in exchange for a support contribution. A contribution is not represented as a charitable donation, and no charitable tax receipt will be issued.

When enabled, payments are completed through Stripe-hosted checkout and are also subject to Stripe's applicable terms and payment rules. You are responsible for using a payment method you are authorized to use and for providing accurate information to the payment provider.

Accuracy, availability, and changes

Joshua Tristin may update, correct, remove, suspend, or change site content and features without notice. Release dates, external links, streaming availability, platform features, and third-party information may change outside the control of Joshua Tristin.

Reasonable care is taken with site content, but the site is provided on an as available basis and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, secure at all times, or suitable for every purpose.
